National Immunization Campaigns in Nicaragua are dedicated on a certain day, usually a Sunday, because Sundays are a true celebration of family and community in Nicaragua. During that day it is gratifying to see the number of parents who bring their babies to thousands of vaccination posts with the support of organized groups.
