USAID's amazing infographic is a quick lesson in what the world faces when it comes to what we need to ensure we're growing enough food to feed our growing population. There are 7 billion people on the globe right now. In 2050, there will be 9 billion. But we're not being as effective as we could be when it comes to working with farmers around the world; many of whom are women. Because of lack of equity when it comes to land ownership, training and more, women in some of the poorest regions of the world aren't as productive as they could be - and want to be.
