Peter Owoahene Acheampong holds a cocoa pod grown on his farm in Ghana. Acheampong’s thriving farm has more than 16 acres of cultivated land for cocoa, one of Ghana’s main export crops.
His success allowed him to expand and grow more food. In addition to cocoa, he has an orange grove and an okra patch. His ambition now is to send his three daughters to college.
