Danie Korac

Organization Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Danie joined the US Policy, Advocacy, and Communications team in September 2015 and serves as the Program Coordinator for the Cross-Cutting team. Prior to joining USPAC, Danie worked on the Strategy, Planning and Measurement team on Postsecondary Success specifically working with the Measurement, Learning and Evaluation team from 2013-2015. From 2012-2013 she worked as a Volt Program Assistant on the Global, Policy and Advocacy team specifically partnering with the HIV/TB/Malaria/R&D team. Danie previously worked as an Executive Assistant/Project Manager for over 10 years with organizations including Microsoft, Seattle Children's Hospital and Straitshot Communications.

In her free time she attends Western Governors University full time where she earned a Project Management Certificate via Comptia and is in her final year completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Danie is also a volunteer camp counselor with Camp Korey in Carnation, WA , where she works with children with serious and life-altering medical conditions.

She resides in Mountlake Terrace, WA with her Fiancée and her dog, Roxie.
