Stasia has more than twenty-five years of experience providing financial and strategic planning consulting to organizations in the U.S. and Asia. She joins management teams as an interim Chief Financial Officer to provide finance, accounting and strategic planning expertise to startups, fast growing companies and nonprofit organizations. As a philanthropist, she holds leadership positions with Upstream USA, the Gladstone Institute, Room to Read, and the Chinese American International School.
Stasia is committed to improving the lives of women both internationally and domestically, by investing in education and technologies that allow them to manage their reproductive health. She lived for over eight years in Bangkok, Thailand and Hong Kong, China and began her consulting career as a management consultant with Bain & Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. She and her husband, Dan Carroll, are the proud parents of three children.
